We are very saddened to hear about your spa experience with us, as our mission is to pamper guests beyond their expectations to make them look and feel their best. But what I encountered was absolute mediocrity. Truly hate to be so disappointed, given I was so excited and looking forward to the experience. So be prepared to spend AT LEAST $50 in addition if you wish to go to this spa and spend the day at the pool and not die of hunger. And surprise, surprise- you also had to pay to park your car, despite having your ticket validated. What saved the day was the access to the pool of the Sheraton Hotel, which was nice, but the drinks and the food were way to expensive for what they were offering. I think I could have done them better myself. The mani-pedi was the worst looking mani pedi I've had in a while. She clumsily and hastily applied the top coat- leaving my nails looking more like drops of water had fallen on them rather than looking completed and shiny. Third, and what truly annoyed me the most, the woman that did my nails took absolutely no care in their finished appearance. Even the lady that did my nails- wearing a shirt and a sweater- said it was cold. In a place where you are supposed to be half naked wearing a thin cloth, it makes absolutely no sense to me to have such a cold room temperature. Second, the room temperature was so cold that it made the complete experience unenjoyable. I suggest you bring your own flip flops, as I luckily did. First time going to a Zen Spa and I was so excited! Got a gift certificate for Christmas and I really wanted to use it.įirst of all, the shoes aren't true to size and are VERY uncomfortable.
