I would think with the front tires now switched that it would require re-programming but all is well at the moment. He also said the batteries are only good for 5 years but I've read that they're supposed to be good for 10 years. I asked the service manager about the sensors and he said it's likely a bad battery as you said. That didn't help the alignment but the TPMS light went off and has stayed off. The shop swapped the front tires to see if that might be why it was pulling to the right. I didn't reset the TPM positions but today I had an alignment done. I did check the tires with a gauge this morning and the three working ones were the same as the dash readout. Which means a new TPM sensor, then the relearn procedure. Have you checked them with a gauge after this happened?Ĭould be the battery died. I'm hoping that maybe the fact that the reset system doesn't work can help diagnose it?
